You develop your own management program focusing on any risk factors you have identified. We take a look at your knee and complete a biomechanical assessment - allowing you to tailor the program to YOUR knee and needs. Then we begin a carefully designed exercise program designed to strengthen without making your knee more painful. This program is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. You move through the program at your own pace and to a level that suits your personal needs and goals - that maybe walking to the shop or playing tennis. With my expert guidance you will build a strong, dependable and well aligned knee.This program brings with it LIFE CHANGING results for the majority of those who complete it.
