This assembly is the successor build of Windows 10 (v1903) RUS-ENG x86 -30in1- (AIO) and is designed for those who have a a license, or wants to use any other, preferred by him personally, the method of activation. The assembly includes critical updates for November 2019 and contains minor changes, affecting mostly not to install the product, but only to the installation process.

Main features:
- In this assembly does not include anything that would make it possible to register and activate its constituent operating systems. All these procedures are carried out only by third-party tools.
- The assembly installed with the operating system integrated updates KB4524569 and KB4524570.
- The service system recovery, as in the runs from the installation media, and the built-in into the system, integrated modules Microsoft Diagnostics and Recovery Toolset (MSDaRT) 10, which significantly expands the possibilities of resuscitation system (IoT Enterprise edition requires a one-time manual activation MSDaRT ).
- On a system installed in BIOS Legacy mode, restored functional boot menu by pressing the F8 key. F8 for the boot menu is displayed in text mode.

- When you start the installation of Windows 10 from under the existing system with an English interface, the old system of porting applications to a new item will be locked. Transfer can be only personal files. Moreover, the default language of the installed system will be Russian. It can be switched to English after installation.
- Fixed a feature of Windows Installer, 10, because of which in the multilingual assembly, when you run Setup from under the existing system, there was no choice of the installer interface language. In this assembly interface language is determined automatically based on the language of the operating system is running.
- Made minor changes to the interface of the installer, correcting flaws in Microsoft programming.
