1.Mould steel

For KAIPU standard PET preform mould, we use S136 stainless steel made in ASSAB Sweden for mould core and cavity with HRC45-48. Neck ring steel is DIN1.2083 Germany with tempered HRC45, hot manifold use DIN1.2344 made in Thyssen Krupp German. Mould base is P20 steel…

2.Mould components

Mould runner use hot runner valve gate for material sealing and precision injection weight control, main hot runner system components are HOTSET heater from Germany, Punch Valve pin from Japan etc. Good steel and mould components choice is a good start of preform moulds. If you have special requirements, we will analyze and upgrade as per your requirements.

3.Tooling equipment

Our company has many precision tooling equipments for mould processing. For PET preform mould, we will use high speed lathe machine for tooling within tolerance 0.01mm.

4.Mould structure

Each cavity use self-lock, it’s easy for change and maintenance in the future. Muti cooling channel with short stroke to achieve fast cooling to reduce the mould cycle time. Similar grams preform can be interchangeable with cores or half mould.
