Ph�ng da vì xăm

Ths. BS Lê Thảo Hiá»�n – Khoa Thẩm mỹ da (Bệnh viện Da liá»…u TP.HCM) cho biết xăm hình tưởng nhÆ° vô hại nhÆ°ng ẩn chứa rất nhiá»�u nguy cÆ¡. Ngay cả khi được xăm bởi má»™t nghệ nhân xăm hình chuyên nghiệp thì bạn vẫn có thể bị các phản ứng da có hại. Má»™t số phản ứng xảy ra ngay tức thì sau khi xăm, má»™t số phản ứng xuất hiện sau vÃ*i tuần hoặc nhiá»�u năm sau đó mÃ* bệnh nhân không biết nguyên cá»›. DÆ°á»›i đây lÃ* 7 nguy cÆ¡ hay gặp.

Nhiễm trùng

Bình thÆ°á»�ng, sau xăm hình, khi da lÃ*nh thì bạn sẽ có cảm giác ngứa vÃ* da bong vảy. thảy những dấu hiệu nÃ*y lÃ* phản ứng da thÆ°á»�ng nháº*t sau khi xăm hình. Tuy nhiên, nếu da bị nhiá»…m trùng sẽ có các thể hiện sau: da Ä‘á»�, sÆ°ng, Ä‘au, vùng da xăm hình bị rá»™p nÆ°á»›c, sốt, á»›n lạnh vÃ* run ngÆ°á»�i, da nổi mủ, loét da.

Nhiá»…m trùng hình xăm thÆ°á»�ng xuất hiện ngay sau khi xăm hoặc sau vÃ*i ngÃ*y tháº*m chÃ* vÃ*i tháng.

Dị ứng mực xăm

Phản ứng dị ứng có thể xuất hiện ngay tức thì hoặc sau vÃ*i tuần tháº*m chÃ* vÃ*i năm sau. Má»™t số ngÆ°á»�i xuất hiện phản ứng dị ứng sau khi Ä‘iá»�u trị má»™t bệnh lý khác, chẳng hạn nhÆ° sau khi bắt đầu Ä‘iá»�u trị bằng thuốc kháng vi-rút cho HIV hoặc phẫu thuáº*t thay khá»›p.

hồ hết má»�i ngÆ°á»�i Ä‘á»�u bị dị ứng vá»›i má»™t mÃ*u má»±c cụ thể. MÃ*u Ä‘á»� thÆ°á»�ng gây dị ứng nhiá»�u nhất. Tuy nhiên, bất kỳ má»±c xăm mÃ*u nÃ*o cÅ©ng có thể gây dị ứng.

Các dấu hiệu dị ứng má»±c xăm: da vùng xăm bị Ä‘á»� vÃ* sÆ°ng; ngứa; có những mảng hoặc nốt gồ lên da; da rá»™p nÆ°á»›c; da rỉ dịch, đóng mÃ*i...

Phát ban khi xăm mực lâm th�i

Phát ban có thể xảy ra trong lúc xăm hình hoặc sau 3 tuần vÃ* thÆ°á»�ng gặp ở má»±c xăm mÃ*u Ä‘en. Chất gây dị ứng có trong má»±c xăm mÃ*u Ä‘en thÆ°á»�ng lÃ* PPD.

Dấu hiệu của phát ban: vùng da xăm Ä‘á»� vÃ* sÆ°ng; ngứa dữ dá»™i; Ä‘au; nhiá»�u nốt nhá»�; mảng da gồ bá»� mặt, tróc vảy; rá»™p nÆ°á»›c, rỉ dịch; mất mÃ*u da; sẹo; má»™t số ngÆ°á»�i có thể bị chóng mặt, ngất hoặc Ä‘au bụng.

Phát ban dị ứng ánh nắng

Sau khi xăm, má»™t số ngÆ°á»�i bị dị ứng ánh nắng trên vùng da xăm hình. Phản ứng nÃ*y có thể xảy ra má»—i khi ánh nắng chiếu vÃ*o hình xăm của bạn.

Phát ban dị ứng nÃ*y có thể xuất hiện trong vòng vÃ*i phút khi kim ô chiếu vÃ*o hình xăm của bạn hoặc vÃ*i giá»� sau đó.

Dấu hiệu nháº*n biết: sÆ°ng vÃ* Ä‘á»� xung quanh hình xăm; phát ban ngứa; rá»™p nÆ°á»›c hoặc nổi mảng phù ngứa

Bệnh da xuất hiện

Việc xăm mình có thể gây khởi phát các bệnh lý vá»� da nhÆ° bệnh vảy nến, viêm da cÆ¡ địa (bệnh chÃ*m), bạch biến, lichen phẳng, sẹo lồi, ung thÆ° da.

Các bệnh lý da có thể xuất hiện trong vòng 10 đến 20 ngÃ*y sau khi xăm. Bệnh cÅ©ng có thể xuất hiện sá»›m nhất lÃ* ba ngÃ*y sau khi xăm. Ä�ôi khi, chúng có thể xuất hiện nhiá»�u năm sau đó.

Ph�ng da sau khi chụp cộng hưởng từ (MRI)

TrÆ°á»�ng hợp nÃ*y hiếm gặp. Má»™t số ngÆ°á»�i đã bị phá»�ng vùng da xăm hình trong khi chụp MRI. Vì vây, khi cần phải chụp MRI, bạn cần thông báo vá»›i kỹ thuáº*t viên chụp MRI rằng bạn có hình xăm trên da. Yêu cầu kỹ thuáº*t viên dừng chụp MRI nếu bạn cảm thấy nóng rát hoặc châm chÃ*ch ở vùng da xăm hình.

Ä�ể hạn chế biến chứng từ hình xăm, khi xăm cần che chắn hình xăm trÆ°á»›c khi Ä‘i ra ngoÃ*i Ä‘Æ°á»�ng bằng cách che phủ bởi áo quần hoặc khẩu trang, căng thẳng. Chá»�n lá»±a vải che hình xăm lÃ* loại vải dÃ*y, tối mÃ*u, có khả năng chống nắng tốt. Nếu bạn đã từng bị sẹo lồi thì hãy nghÄ© suy lại vá»� việc xăm mình. Sẹo có thể xuất hiện sau khi xăm vÃ* lÃ*m há»�ng hình xăm của bạn.

Sau khi xăm, nếu thấy có các dấu hiệu của bệnh ngoÃ*i da hoặc bị sẹo, hãy đến gặp thầy thuốc da liá»…u. thầy thuốc da liá»…u có thể giúp bạn cải thiện vết sẹo, chẩn Ä‘oán vÃ* Ä‘iá»�u trị sá»›m các bệnh ngoÃ*i da.
