2. Production method of custom tungsten machined parts

Reduce tungsten powder with high temperature, form tungsten products under high pressure, sinter at suitable temperature and time, and grind tungsten products by vacuum adsorption method. Proceed as follows:

1)Reduce tungsten powder at high temperature, at room temperature, use high pressure of 12~27 t/cm2, in rigid mold, use uniaxial bidirectional method, directly press tungsten powder to a density of 80~93% above the theoretical density of tungsten products;

2)Sintering with hydrogen protection at 1350~2000°C for 2~4 hours, and then forced or slow cooling to obtain dense metal tungsten products with a size change no greater than 1/2000 of the green body.

Note: Special vacuum adsorption mold is used for surface grinding so that tungsten products can achieve high precision and smoothness.
